Range Manager can be fitted to most pulse-based ball dispensers, where an electrical pulse triggers the release of balls. These tend to be tip tray ball delivery.
Single-ball dispensers require specific digital commands to be sent to the dispenser controller. In those cases, manufacturer cooperation is required if the brand or model is not already supported. We are happy to assess compatibility and advise on the best approach, so please feel free to get in touch.

- Revenue by time, product, user category and payment method
- Voucher and promotion performance

Security is a core part of the Range Manager platform. The system uses secure cloud infrastructure and industry-standard encryption for data transmission.
Payment processing is handled by certified payment providers, and Range Manager does not store sensitive card details on-site. Access to management tools is role-based and protected by secure login controls including multi-factor authentication options.
Because Range Manager is cloud-based, a stable internet connection is required for normal operation. If connectivity is lost, dispenser functionality may be limited until the connection is restored, and use of the dispenser’s token acceptor may be required.
We strongly recommend a reliable primary connection and, where possible, a 4G or 5G backup to maximise uptime. Your distributor can advise on best-practice connectivity for your site.
All Range Manager installations include professional onboarding and setup, both through your local distributor and directly from Range Manager staff. This typically covers:

- System setup and branding
- Data conversion and import
- Staff training
- Go-live support
Ongoing support is available for both technical assistance and operational questions.
