Why are we different?

In a world full of generic software, we’ve chosen a different path.

  • We build for driving ranges - not around them.

    Range Manager isn’t a repurposed retail system or a lightly adapted club platform. It’s been designed specifically for the realities of driving range operations: ball dispensing, bay usage, member behaviour, peak periods, quiet times, and everything in between.

  • We believe flexibility beats assumptions.

    Too much software is built on the assumption that the developer knows best. We don’t. We ask, we listen, and we design features to be configurable wherever real-world operations vary -  because they always do. That flexibility is woven into the DNA of Range Manager, not an added after-thought.

  • We don’t fragment our product.

    While the way features are used can vary significantly from site to site, those differences are managed through configuration — not separate software versions.

    Range Manager operates on a single, carefully maintained core platform that is continuously improved over time. Site-specific behaviour, workflows, and operational rules are controlled through secure configuration settings rather than bespoke code. This approach ensures that all customers benefit from new enhancements, updates remain predictable, and upgrades are straightforward. The result is a consistent, reliable system that supports long-term operational continuity without the complexity of managing multiple software variants.

  • We take reliability personally.

    Driving ranges don’t stop because software is inconveniently unavailable. When something matters to your business, it matters to us too. We treat uptime, performance, and support as core responsibilities, not optional extras.

  • We’re hands-on and long-term.

    We work closely with operators, suppliers, and partners, and we watch and listen carefully to how the system is used in practice. Many of Range Manager’s most powerful features exist because a client asked, “Could it also do this?” and we agreed that it not only could, but that it should…. and now does.

  • We care about the experience at every level.

    From the clarity of reporting for management, to efficiency tools for staff, to the simplicity and speed golfers experience at the dispenser, every layer matters. When all of them work well together, the whole operation feels better.

Ultimately, we don’t measure success by features alone. We measure it by ranges that run more smoothly, management who are better informed, staff who are less stretched, and guests who leave with a positive experience and a reason to return.
