Range Manager is a hugely flexible, cloud-based, next-generation range dispensing management system built to adapt to almost any driving range environment, whether single or multi-dispenser, and whether single or multi-site.

Range Manager supports unlimited user categories, each with customised access rules, pricing structures, and product entitlements. Multiple ball product sizes can be defined and varied per category, with powerful variable pricing that adjusts by product, user type, time of day, day of week, or defined date ranges. Operators can configure free-dispensing rules for selected categories, automate dispenser opening and closing schedules, and take advantage of progressive last-balls management to optimise end-of-day operations. Flexibility and configurability are at the heart of the system, offering a vast array of features and promotional initiatives.

The system can operate entirely stand-alone, managing member's pre-paid accounts.  The system can also interface seamlessly with external membership platforms and account systems, provide flexible voucher creation and redemption options, and deliver a premium customer experience through a full-colour touch screen at the dispenser - optionally paired with an integrated unattended payment terminal.
