About Range Manager

Range Manager didn’t appear overnight.

For a few decades now, we’ve been building and supporting software for the golf industry, now embracing cloud-based platforms. Along the way technology has changed dramatically, but one thing has remained constant: a deep respect for the people who actually use our systems. Whether it’s owners, managers, staff, members, or guests, real-world usability has always guided what we build.

We recently had the opportunity to step back and start fresh on a new golf project. That clean-sheet thinking became Range Manager - a system designed specifically for the unique challenges and opportunities of modern driving ranges.

At the heart of Range Manager is a simple philosophy: flexibility by design.

In our experience no two ranges operate identically, so we don’t believe software should force operators into rigid workflows. If a feature can reasonably be used in different ways, we build it to be configurable, allowing each range to shape the system around their operations, not the other way around.

We’re also keenly aware of the common pitfalls in industry software. Too often, systems fragment into multiple site-specific versions, making updates painful and unreliable. Equally common is poor support, where downtime becomes “just part of the deal,” even though real businesses and livelihoods depend on these systems working flawlessly.

Call us old-school if you like, but we take genuine pride in what we build and how we support it. Performance, reliability, and responsiveness matter to us because they matter to our clients.

But don’t just take our word for it. Please ask our customers.
They’re our best advocates, and their success is ultimately the measure of our own.
